My name is Brooke Snyder, and the first thing you should know is that I love being silly. The day I graduated from high school, I took a picture with my sister, and apparently she trusts me (right). I also had a small modelling stint (left). But, I'm not so simple as all that.

I'm a food science major. I'm also a balloon sculpting clown for charity events. I'm a singer and pianist. I'm also a Game of Thrones fan. I'm a serious student. I'm also incredibly punny. I'm a vegetarian, but I love food enough to cook meat for my friends.
I LOVE food! I have so many cookbooks that I may have to rent a storage space soon. I make a point to make a home cooked meal for all my friends every Tuesday, and they've taken to calling it Tasty Tuesday. When I cook, I aim to make it the best thing you've ever tasted, and then I want to top myself if you've had mine before. There's nothing I like better than the smile on someone's face when they're full with well made, nutritious food from my kitchen. I feel that food is such an integral part of our lives that we should understand how to enjoy it and get the most from it. Eating shouldn't be the chore many of us make it out to be. Standing on a scale shouldn't be painful. Sharing a meal should be the fulfilling, beautiful thing it was meant to be. In fact, I love food so much, that I go to extreme lengths to make it fun.
Cookie monster cupcakes and a Pacman cupcake maze are just a couple of my creations. Mostly, I just hope to make a difference in at least one person's life. Sometimes I do it with clowning, sometimes it's with music, but my favorite of all is through food.So here's hoping for a delicious semester!

I love the photos, Brooke! You've made me hungry! I've seen the Cookie Monster cupcakes on Pinterest, but I've never attempted them (I do not share your talent at cooking and baking, unfortunately!). And that is awesome you're a balloon sculpting clown. I can barely tie a balloon, let alone make it look like anything other than an amorphous blob. :)
